Help with Splitter Studio.
Documentation first, troubleshooting second - and a real human channel for everything else.
Include your Windows version, the image format and what you expected to happen - it makes everything faster.
Troubleshooting
Common issues.
Sheets don’t line up during assembly
Enable overlap so adjacent tiles share a printed strip, align on that strip instead of the paper edge, then trim with the crop marks.
The printed poster looks soft
Check Splitter Studio’s resolution warning. If your source image is below the target DPI for the final size, no tiling tool can add detail that isn’t there.
A large job stopped halfway
Use retry to reprint only the failed sheet, or resume to continue exactly where the queue stopped - there’s no need to start over.
Report a problem
When issue reporting opens, including these details will make a report actionable in one pass:
- Splitter Studio version
- Windows version (10 / 11)
- Printer make and model
- Source image resolution and chosen settings
- Steps to reproduce, and what you expected
